United States rubber stamps

Stationery is beautiful but can get expensive. So what about making your own? This etsy shop sells rubber stamps of your favorite state or city, which you could stamp on plain notecards (50 for $6). Voila, you're set for years. (The ampersand, below, would also make a cute wedding gift.)

Valentine's Day card

Sweet. :)

What's your relationship status these days? Single? Dating? New relationship? Old relationship? xoxo

Our holiday cards

My darlings, it's officially the holiday season! Whoot whoot! We've never sent out family holiday cards before (have you?), but this year, we were really excited about it. We went with our favorite vacation photo, along with two different simple layouts from Pinhole Press, and we added red heart stickers to the envelopes. I'm looking forward to sending them to our friends and relatives, especially those who live an ocean away.
In other news: As we were taking these photos at my friend's house, Toby got his first kiss. He cried.

Holiday notecards

What fun notecards for the holidays.

Family holiday cards

Do you guys send out holiday cards? We never have, but I've always wanted to send a family photo card with a heartfelt note to friends. This year, I realized that photo cards are actually less expensive than buying boxed cards at the grocery store, so the decision was made! Now we just need to choose one. I've narrowed it down to four favorites...
1.Joy Accordion card. Bonus: You get to include 8 photos.
2. Greetings card, classic and beautiful.
3. Colorblock card feels cute and festive.
4. Happy New Year card looks old-fashioned and nostalgic.

Are you going to send holiday cards this year? Which would you choose? I think I'm leaning toward the top two.

Bonus: Pinhole Press, my friends' company and one of my beloved sponsors, is offering 10% off everything in their shop until December 31st. Just enter the code CUPOFJO. xoxo

Toby notepads

We just made this photo notepad on Pinhole Press (my friends' company) and I wanted to share. We're totally in love with it, and I can't stop staring at it on my desk. :) Now I want to make a bunch more with wedding photos and our favorite snapshots.

You can make your own photopad here. P.S. (Wouldn't they make adorable Mother's Day presents for moms or grandmas?)

Pinhole Press

My lovelies, have you heard of the new Pinhole Press? They have beautiful, simple photo products--like cards, books, framed prints and notepads. You personalize them with your favorite photos (wedding, baby, vacations), and it's really easy to do. The finished products are gorgeous with silky paper. Take a peek here.

(A fun side note: My friends launched Pinhole Press a few months ago. I'm excited to say that I'm partnering up with them this year and I'll be sharing new products and fun ideas on Cup of Jo. Hope you love them as much as I do!)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day, my sweets! What are you doing tonight? On this day four years ago, I was feeling sad and lonely....and had no idea that I was only two weeks from meeting Alex. It goes to show that you never know what's right around the corner!

Gatsby wedding invitations

While Toby is napping, I wanted to share these gorgeous (and not-to-expensive) Art Deco wedding invitations. This etsy shop has tons!

Wedding menus

Chelsea (of Frolic fame) has the best DIY wedding ideas, which she has been sharing on Project Wedding. She just wrote about how to make your own wedding paper goods, using stamps and a white pen. How simple and pretty do these look? (I love that fork stamp!)

A thank-you note a day

Leah Dieterich's mother always told her to write thank you notes, so she started a blog where she writes thank-you notes to everything in her life. So funny. (Let's do our own! What thank-you note would you write today?)

Thank you cards

My baby shower is coming up this weekend (I'm excited), so I've been looking for thank-you cards in advance. Love this bright number!

P.S. I also have a box of these, but they're so pretty, I can't bear to send them away, which pretty much defeats the purpose.

Embroidered wedding invitation

Crikey! When Kate and Avi got married in Brooklyn last fall, Anna Bond created embroidered invitations. She sewed the design onto the paper, hand-painted the lettering, and finally scanned the art for printing. How beautiful is that? xo (Look at the teeny Brooklyn Bridge and the cute green parks!)

New York postcards

Wouldn't these five foldable New York City postcards be fun to mail to friends? I love the poppyseed bagel with lox!
