Trio of earrings

The Nova earrings set from Elephantine is so pretty. You get three pairs of tiny studs: white, blush and black. (There's something so sexy about little black earrings.) Wouldn't they be lovely to wear year-round, choosing the colors to suit your mood? xo

Wedding ring

My friend Abbey went to a wedding recently and couldn't stop staring at the bride's ring. Don't you love this cluster ring?

Pastel rings

What awesome summery rings. That's all.

Sailor rope bracelet

Handcrafted in Rhode Island, this sailing bracelet is made for both men and women to wear. The anchor clasp is a sweet touch. Wouldn't you like to wear it with shorts and tees this summer?

Morse code bracelets

I've always been a huge fan of COATT, the genius Morse Code necklaces spelling words like "mom," "love," and "kiss me." Now the designer just launched a line of bracelets. How subtle and beautiful to wear a little note on your wrist. xo

Vintage engagement rings

Oh lordy, I just came across this etsy shop with the most beautiful vintage engagement rings, many from the 1920's. The mindblowing part: Most are below $250! Aren't they beautiful?! That bow ring is simply perfect.

P.S. Six simple wedding rings...

Simple wedding rings

I've spotted lots of women around New York recently wearing simple gold wedding bands (pretty!), so I decided to do a round-up of long-time favorites. You can always get your ring engraved, too: My wedding ring says "all my love," and Alex's ring says, "all my life," inspired by our grandparents.

1. Loved ring, $315.
2. Polka-dot band, $310.
3. Heart ring, $88.
4. Tie-the-knot ring, $154.
5. Diamond ring, $600.
6. Thin gold band, $16.

Thoughts? What's your wedding ring like? xo

Gift for new mothers

Now and again, I’ll get a sweet email from a dad asking for gift ideas for his pregnant wife. I can't imagine a new mama who wouldn't adore this beautiful ring. It brings tears to my eyes!

P.S. 8 best gifts for new parents.

Engagement ring

How *gorgeous* is this ring? Swooning.

I'd love to ask you, my darlings: What's your relationship status? Are you married, engaged, dating, single, it's complicated? Just curious. :) I'd love to hear...

Locket love

Artist Alyson Fox and jewelry studio Verabel have collaborated to make these a-maz-ing lockets. Aren't they beautiful?

Wedding locket

This bride Julia wore a locket featuring her parents' wedding photo from 34 years before. What a romantic idea.

Morse code necklaces

I'm in love with these Morse code necklaces! They spell out things like "Mom," "Friend," "Love," even your name. What a brilliant idea.

Two pretty things

This agate locket.
This woven wrap.

Both for carrying your loved ones close to your heart.

Signet wedding ring

Wouldn't a signet ring make a romantic wedding ring? If you take your husband's last name, it would show off your lovely new initials!

Actually, I'm curious: Will you (or did you) take your husband's last name? I kept my name, and only a handful of my friends have changed theirs. What will you do? Do you like the sound of your name with his last name?

Wedding rings

I have a soft spot for simple wedding rings. This beaded ring by Elephantine is beautiful, don't you think?

P.S. Four other nice places for simple wedding rings.
